Holy crap. The Fed shocked/surprised the “”markets”” yesterday by suddenly turning ‘dovish?’
I think they have been wrestling with something behind the scenes – those creaking and popping sounds we’ve been tracking for a couple of months – that caused them to ease suddenly even though stocks were powering higher with wild abandon, bonds were up, and all the economic signs were headed roughly in the right direction.
