War with Iran – The Risk is Elevated

Is it really about to go down in Iran?  Is a war now coming?

The Twitter feeds I have tracking Iran are on fire this morning.

Looks like the Trade deal is bad enough and the Barr investigation threatening enough that the “answer” is war with Iran.

We have the usual assortment of unnamed officials, secret intelligence about imminent threats from Iran that – sorry – we cannot share with you the public, and US neocon war hawks beating the drums loudly.

Check out this series of tweets and tell me what conclusions you draw:

I see the usual whirl-wind of activity, none of which can be adequately vetted, which is par for the course for the neocon world-improvers.  This is their textbook play.  Move so quickly that the rational people cannot even begin to refute your bullshit from yesterday because there’s eight new pieces of it today.

I am in 100% agreement with this assessment:

The war with Iran is one that is being picked.  Choose your favorite reason, but it’s not about the US facing an imminent threat and is being forced to act.

The chance of a false-flag attack is now very high, and if there’s an outbreak of war, it could easily drag in other players such as China and Russia.

Good question.
Yes, the sanctions have taken a big bite. China did a lot of pre-buying too. Note that the left axis does not...
