This is going to be another fattie fat pipe!
Yikes. It’s almost like too much is happening too quickly to keep track of these days…
“Our” Democracy and the LA Riots
When leftists don’t get their way, they immediately lash out. Like this young lady:
Simply asking her to explain her position with words was enough to provoke her to violence.
And now, in LA, we’re back to the same vibes as the 2020 George Floyd Summer of Mostly Peaceful Love.
It all began on June 6th with some ICE raids to round up illegal migrants and send them home. Building on the violence seen in other cities, LA erupted.
From Grok, so we can all share the same starting point:
The initial trigger was ICE conducting immigration raids at multiple locations, including a clothing warehouse in the Los Angeles Fashion District, a Home Depot, and a clothing wholesaler, starting around 9:15 a.m. PST on June 6.
These raids led to the arrest of over 100 people, including 44 for immigration violations and one for obstruction. Protests erupted later that day when crowds gathered outside the Los Angeles Federal Building and the Metropolitan Detention Center, chanting against the raids.
The situation escalated into riots by evening when some protesters threw chunks of broken concrete at officers, prompting the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) to use tear gas, pepper spray, and flash-bang grenades to disperse the crowd. A citywide tactical alert was issued at 8:24 p.m.
