Happy Monday! It’s time for another Fat Pipe.
Data Center Pushback!
You know why someone tried to sneak through a federal ban on state control and/or oversight into data center construction? Because it didn’t take people long to figure out that data centers are generally very bad for their local communities.

Luckily that provision failed in the Senate, where it was stripped out with a 99-1 vote after massive pushback on social media platforms.
But now, in community after community, people are effectively rallying to prevent data centers from being built, noting such obvious things as the impacts to their electricity supplies and prices and fresh water use.
Virginia fights back and wins:
Community wins against data center bullies keep stacking up. This time in Virginia, where a judge ruled in favor of home owners against a data center project after the local gov failed to properly notice zoning changes.Data centers are not above the law! https://t.co/H4f8DbPRLz pic.twitter.com/cI23O2xSib

Revelation Fatigue
Nobody of any importance at all has even been charged with anything, let alone been arrested or gone to jail. And we’re all getting tired of having explosive revelation after revelation come and go without any follow-up or consequences.
Such as this one:
FBI agents uncovered evidence of pay-to-play at the Clinton Foundation in 2016. DOJ leadership & McCabe ordered them to ‘Shut it down.’ We’ve now declassified the memo. This is proof of political interference at the highest levels. pic.twitter.com/MC6xxar5Y7
