In this week's Off The Cuff podcast, Chris discusses:

  • Regime Change
    • What going on in Saudi Arabia is a huge deal
  • We May Not Like What Comes Next
    • The Saudis are getting a lot more chummy with China & Russia
  • Rules For Rulers

  • Observations From Munich
