I am increasingly alarmed. I’m almost at the stage where I light my hair on fire and run in circles in my desire to raise the alarm for people.

In 2008 I said “the next twenty years are going to be completely unlike the last twenty years”

That wasn’t a matter of being vague, it was a recognition that the process of “topping” takes time.  I had hoped, naively, that society would wake up and begin to do the right things for the right reasons.

That really didn’t happen.  We have NO plan for how we’re going to transition from fossil fuels to something else.  The lack of a plan consigns billions of people to destitution, starvation, and war over the coming decades.

Rats in a Cage will increasingly be people’s daily reality as the Powers That Be try to keep a lid on things.  Of course, they will do this by reflexively preserving their own privileges and pushing the pain onto the people.  In France, this has reached the boiling point.  Here are the planned rallies in France for this coming weekend (2/11-12/23) over the proposed increases to the official retirement age:

The biggest and most easily debunked delusion of them all is the Green energy fantasy.  Even the most cursory of examinations of the resources and materials required to pull that off reveal staggering gaps and shortfalls.  Yet the delusion carries on unimpeded by either the press or political class.
