Good morning, it was a blessedly quiet weekend. At least no fresh attacks were carried out against Iran, which is a hopeful sign. It was good weather, which means lots of farm work got accomplished. The cows’ winter feedlot is all set up; the fencing has been stripped down for the winter free-range movement of the cows (they go where they want until the snow flies.
The Mostly Peaceful Middle East

Another VLCC was struck:

CENTCOM says the Strait is open and free of IRGC presence. The pics say otherwise:
Four supertankers are on fire in the Strait of Hormuz right now, and Iran's IRGC says the four oil tankers struck naval mines after straying onto routes it calls UNAUTHORIZED, ignoring its navy's radio warnings. Two were carrying around 2 million barrels of crude each, and Oman… pic.twitter.com/oQQFyaZr2c

The U.S. is going to have to either fix the Strait with diplomacy, surrendering (by walking away) or with fresh bombing. But the status quo is not a viable path:
The Wall Street Journal:🔻 The United States has deployed 50,000 troops and 20 warships in the Middle East to ensure the passage of oil tankers through the Strait of Hormuz.🔻 The monthly cost of this operation is estimated at $2-3 billion. And this is the result. 👇 pic.twitter.com/yDBf1Sg2Cr

My boomer father in law, who only consumes MSM told me 2 tankers were hit yesterday in the strait of Hormuz. The cat is out of the bag guys.I showed him OSINT photos and videos of hits on Saudi, he was shocked.

This is one of the consequences of the government having taken control of the oil pricing mechanism. There’s little faith in the future of oil if politicians can rig it whenever they want. So, get ready for pinched supplies in the future.
Tick tock…

There are lots of rumors of highly pressured
