One of my favorite writers is Ben Hunt. He changes the way I think about things and how I see the world, which I value enormously.
One of his key pieces of thinking comes from game theory. It‘s called the common knowledge game.
I’m bringing this to you because it describes how we win. It tells us that we need to move things out of private knowledge (mainly in our own heads, or even many heads) and into the public square, such that everybody knows that everybody knows this same thing.
