Happy Monday everyone! This is being posted a bit late as we are traveling. I marvel that I can do this from a plane in the air at all. So, no complaints!
Limitless Update
I’m pretty hoarse and talked out today as I travel home.
Nick, Evie, Simon, Bella (Nick’s daughter) and I have just finished attending and presenting at Ken McElroy and Tarl Yarber’s Limitless conference in Phoenix AZ.
It’s a yearly gathering of mainly self-made real estate entrepreneurs and operators but include a large number of other sectors and interests. I would guess ~1500 in attendance.
This was my year to shine, and Ken and Tarl very generously gave me the lead keynote slot to kick off the conference. We’ll be posting a video of my talk as soon as we can.
The Room
I talked about the Iran war, oil, the connection between the economy and energy, and what the next 6 months might hold as well as 2027 and beyond.
People were ready to hear this message. Finally. The feedback I got was really gratifying, even though some people reported being a bit alarmed by the message, most conveyed that they were surprised that they hadn’t heard any of this anywhere else, and that they really appreciated how accessible I made it.

That’s something I work at constantly; making complex subjects as simple as possible without losing their essence. So I am always pleased to receive that feedback.
