I hope you had a great weekend! Time for another Fat Pipe.
Victory! Or Is It Defeat?
So, the Iranian war is allegedly over. This coming Friday, assuming Israel doesn’t find a way to blow the whole thing up, an MOU will be signed by the US and Iran.
Trump clearly wanted a deal, any deal, to happen on his birthday.
Israel now has 5 days to figure out how to torpedo this deal. Which is 4.89 more days than they need.

It’s a little unclear on the exact terms of the deal, with the US and Iran both saying slightly but significantly different things. But the cessation of Israel attacking Lebanon is fully agreed upon by all parties…except Israel:
BREAKING: Benjamin Netanyahu rejected any Israeli withdrawal from southern Lebanon during a recent phone call with President Trump.

The terms of the deal are astonishing. The US is going to take the biggest “L” in wartime history. There’s no other way to see it.
How it started:

How it ended:
Phase I (immediately and before signing)
- All hostilities cease including in Lebanon
- The US immediately lifts its naval blockade against Iran
Phase II (the 30-day window after the signing)
- United States confirms its commitment to non-interference in Iran’s domestic affairs
- Upon signing the MoU, the United States affirms that it will not increase the amount of troops or military assets present in the region, nor impose any new sanctions during the negotiations
- Iran confirms that it will never produce, develop, or acquire a nuclear weapon. (So, no change. Same stance as before the war)
- Iran gets the first $12 billion in frozen funds
- The US will issue sanctions waivers for Iranian oil, gas, and petrochemical exports, effective immediately
