Food and the Great Awakening

placeholder

Join us for Peak Prosperity’s Food and the Great Awakening webinar, where we’ll dive deep into the hidden truths behind the food industry’s manipulation and how it impacts our health. For decades, powerful corporations have worked hand-in-hand with government agencies to prioritize profit over public well-being, engineering food products to be addictive and promoting misleading dietary guidelines. This webinar will expose the underlying issues driving the rise of chronic illnesses, from metabolic diseases to more severe conditions, and how these are linked to the food we consume every day.

Designed for those ready to reclaim their health and protect their loved ones, this event will move beyond merely diagnosing the problems. We’re bringing together an impressive lineup of experts, including Chris Martenson, Dr. Ken Berry, and Sally Fallon Morell, alongside farmers, producers, and people with success stories, to provide practical solutions. Expect actionable advice, resources for finding healthier food options, and inspiring success stories that prove change is possible. This is more than a webinar; it’s a call to action. If you’re tired of feeling unwell and want to take control of your health, join us in uncovering the truth and forging a path to well-being.

Faculty

We have a great lineup of speakers confirmed for the webinar, with a few more still left to confirm!  In addition to the excellent faculty listed below, you’ll be hearing from several people who have experienced amazing successes by changing their diet.

Dr. Chris Martenson has a PhD from Duke University and an MBA from Cornell.  He left his former career as Vice President of SAIC to publish the Crash Course and start Peak Prosperity in an effort to educate people on the predicaments of an unsustainable system that relies on infinite economic growth on a finite planet.  In 2020, he initiated extensive coverage of COVID-19 and helped steer millions to better outcomes and understanding.  His ultimate goal is to help people build resilience to better face the big predicaments of our times.  One of those predicaments is a failing food and medical system, and the best way to build resilience is by back taking control of health.

Dr. Ken Berry, MD, is a board-certified family physician from rural Tennessee who has spent over 20 years helping patients reclaim their health through practical dietary changes. Frustrated by the prevalence of preventable diseases, Dr. Berry discovered the Proper Human Diet (PHD) and now advocates for low-carb, keto, and carnivore diets to tackle issues like diabetes and obesity. With over 3 million subscribers on YouTube, he shares evidence-based, ancestral health insights to empower people worldwide. Dr. Berry lives on a farm in Tennessee with his wife, Neisha, and their two children, embodying the principles he teaches.

Sally Fallon Morell, MA, is the author of Nourishing Traditions®, a cookbook that challenges mainstream nutrition ideas by advocating for traditional foods, including animal fats, as vital to health. Inspired by the work of Dr. Weston A. Price, she applied these principles to her own family and proved the value of nutrient-dense diets. She founded the Weston A. Price Foundation and A Campaign for Real Milk, championing raw milk and traditional foods, and she co-owns P.A. Bowen Farmstead, producing artisan raw cheese and pastured meats. Sally continues to publish and speak widely on the benefits of ancestral diets.
Tracy Thurman is an advocate for decentralized food systems, peer to peer permissionless financial networks, and medical informed consent. She focuses on safeguarding the right to purchase food directly from farmers without government interference, with a focus on unpermitted raw dairy and farm processed meats, and protecting our ability to transact freely outside a CBDC system. Tracy is also a contributing writer for the Brownstone Institute and has appeared on Peak Prosperity.
US Representative Thomas Massie serves Kentucky’s 4th Congressional District and is a staunch advocate for food freedom. An MIT graduate, Thomas founded SensAble Technologies, which developed widely-used technology for industries from automotive to medical. In Congress, he champions the right to grow and access local foods, sponsoring bills like the Milk Freedom Act to allow raw milk sales across state lines. Thomas lives on a cattle farm in Kentucky with his wife, Rhonda, and their four children, and remains dedicated to supporting individual food choice and health freedoms.

Robert Barnes, a Yale-educated attorney with roots in small-town East Ridge, Tennessee, is a champion of the underdog and a fierce advocate for civil rights and food freedom. Known for his bold challenges to institutions, Barnes has taken on Big Banks, the IRS, and other powerful entities to defend individual liberties. As founder of the 1776 Law Center, he supports cases impacting Americans’ freedoms, including the right to choose what we eat. For Barnes, food freedom is foundational: “If you don’t own your own body, what do you own?” He lives by this principle, fighting for those who face seemingly impossible odds.

Alan Booker is the founder and executive director of the Institute of Integrated Regenerative Design, training professionals to create ecosystemic and regenerative systems. With over 30 years in systems engineering and 20 years in sustainable design, he created the Integrated Regenerative Design framework and Biocompatible Design standards. Alan teaches Permaculture and Integrated Regenerative Design, and provides consulting on earthworks, watershed management, soil remediation, forest gardening, holistic pastureland management, Net Zero buildings, and off-grid energy systems.
Sam Fisher is an Amish farmer from Pennsylvania dedicated to providing his community with fresh, raw dairy, pastured chicken, grassfed beef, and heritage pork from his regenerative, beyond-organic farm. Known for his commitment to non-GMO, antibiotic-free, and hormone-free practices, Sam’s foods are highly sought after in the Philadelphia suburbs. He finds deep satisfaction in helping others break free from the corporate food system and find healing through real, nourishing food. Passionate about food education, Sam encourages people to connect with trusted, local food sources.
