Peak Personalities: Joel Salatin

On June 25-26 2021, Peak Prosperity gathered at Polyface Farm in Swoope, VA to learn about regenerative farming from Joel Salatin and his remarkable team.

At the end of the weekend, Chris sat down for a capstone intimate conversation with Joel, which is totally candid and solid gold. Attendees also had the chance to ask questions of Joel and Chris at the end of the interview.

“I mean, what a badass!” one of my students shouted across the lecture hall.

A dozen or so others chuckled, then nodded their heads vigorously in agreement.
