If you haven’t yet watched Part 1, find it here.
My definition of an ALERT is when I encounter information that changes my actions. I am now personally accelerating purchases, especially of mission-critical computer and other chip-based equipment. I am now at a point where my farming needs and other household purchases are going to be accelerated based on the constellation of shortages that are now apparent.
In part 2, I cover:
Farming shortage of pentobarbital, silage tarps, and even Round Up (not that that’s a bad thing)
Other specific shortages that caught my attention (steel, hardware, repair parts, etc)
The impending explosion in oil prices that seems very likely to come due to under-investment, depletion, and rebounded demand
The basic strategies to adopt when facing inflation and shortages
Without further ado, here’s part 2.
